POSITION Newborn Baby Nurse LOCATION Amman, Jordan The Client will arrange the work visa and relocation if not local PURPOSE OF THE POSITION The purpose of a Newborn Baby Nurse at a VVIP private estate is to provide provide expert, round-the-clock care for a newborn baby during the first weeks or months of life, while also supporting the parents. This role is especially important in high-profile families due to the expectations of discretion, professionalism, and exceptional standards of care. QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS Completed Diploma in Nursing Registered Nurse Certification Minimum 5-7 years experience Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge Speak and write English fluently Speak and write Tagalog fluently DUTIES Feeding (including bottle-feeding, sterilizing bottles, and supporting breastfeeding mothers). Diaper changing and bathing. Monitoring sleep patterns and helping establish a routine. Soothing techniques and general comfort of the baby. Keeping detailed records of feeding, sleep, and any health observations. Helping the mother recover post-delivery (physically and emotionally). Providing guidance on baby care to new parents. Encouraging and supporting breastfeeding if chosen Observing signs of illness or discomfort and liaising with pediatricians or private doctors as needed. Ensuring the baby’s room and equipment are clean, safe, and well-organized Maintaining utmost privacy and confidentiality regarding the family and their routines. Adhering to royal protocols and cultural traditions regarding infant care Working in harmony with other household staff such as nannies, housekeepers, chefs, and security Adapting to travel or relocation if the royal family moves between residences.
