Key Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Housekeeper with management of the daily activities of the housekeeping department. Lead, train and develop the housekeeping team to achieve and maintain hotel standards. Inspect rooms on a daily basis and ensure productivity is maintained. Implement changes in procedures, materials, and equipment. Ensure Workplace Health & Safety procedures are maintained and adhered to. Maintain an accurate and proper inventory of all stocks, guest supplies, linen etc. to ensure efficient running of department and to prevent loss. Prepare weekly staffing schedules and monitor staff attendance in line with property occupancy to maintain cost effectiveness. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role. Strong understanding of housekeeping operations, procedures, and standards. Weekday availability. Proficient with Opera. Physically fit and capable of meeting the role’s physical demands (e.g., lifting up to 20kg, standing for long periods, performing cleaning tasks if required).
