Job Description We’re seeking motivated Food and Beverage Team Leaders to support our busy Conference & Events operations . This is a fixed-term contract role with the potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate. Working closely with F&B Supervisors and the broader events team, you’ll help coordinate seamless service delivery across a variety of event formats - from corporate functions to special occasions - all while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day food and beverage operations across conference and event spaces, ensuring efficient, friendly, and high-quality service Support leadership during shifts, guiding and mentoring team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery Respond to guest and client feedback professionally and promptly Assist in monitoring and maintaining stock levels, equipment care, and cleanliness across all service areas
