This newly established role will report directly to the PMO Manager within the Business Systems Portfolio and will be responsible for several key accountabilities, including: Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning strategic priorities with delivery initiatives. Translate capability roadmaps into integrated portfolio plans that reflect strategic intent. Drive the pipeline process from idea to delivery, ensuring initiatives are endorsed and resourced. Maintain a forward-looking view of resource supply and demand, identifying gaps and opportunities. Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Sponsors to ensure resource allocations support performance targets. We’re looking for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a comparable role, backed by a degree in Project Management, Commerce, or equivalent practical expertise. A Portfolio Management certification (MoP) is highly desirable. Beyond qualifications, you will bring:- Proven experience in project planning, resource forecasting, and strategic coordination. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence across business and technical teams. A proactive mindset with a passion for enabling delivery excellence and strategic outcomes.
