Our operations span Northern Queensland, with extensive cattle properties, backgrounding operations in Southern Queensland, a state-of-the-art cattle feedlot, a fully accredited beef processing facility, and global marketing capabilities. We offer a full range of Grain and Grass-fed beef categories and export to over 35 countries globally. Brisbane Head Office oversees the operations of the entire vertical integration of the business. The Role: In this role you’ll be driving exciting projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products are delivered on time, to specification, and aligned with commercial objectives. You’ll also manage our innovation funnel, helping to prioritise ideas and bring the best concepts to market. Based across Brisbane Head Office and our Processing Plant in Grantham. What you’ll be doing: Leading NPD projects from idea to launch, including planning, timelines, approvals, financial assessment, and compliance. Coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones. Managing the stage-gate innovation process to ensure projects are reviewed, optimised, and prioritised. Reporting project progress to senior management and keeping stakeholders engaged. Promoting a culture of innovation across the business. Who we’re looking for: You have a tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Food Science, or a related field. You have 5 years’ experience in innovation management or product development. You have experience managing NPD or innovation projects, in the food industry (beef or FMCG). You have strong commercial acumen and ability to deliver business outcomes. You have knowledge of stage-gate, agile, or similar innovation frameworks. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
