The position will involve working with a small team of Building Surveyors to undertake building inspections inline with Council's policies and legislative frameworks relating to Building Surveying, Building Certification and Planning matters. Salary will be commensurate with skills and experience. Commencement as soon as possible, Background information / Compatibility requirements • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Health and Building, Building Surveying or a related field. • Accreditation with NSW Fair Trading at a registration level of Building Surveyor – restricted (class 1 and 10 buildings). • Class C Drivers Licence. • Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
