About the opportunity This is a dynamic, hands-on position that sits at the heart of our operations. Reporting to the COO, you’ll play a vital role in keeping the Centre running smoothly by providing operational support, managing our office space, and helping teams work efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will provide day-to-day operational support for colleagues, including procurement, finance, travel, events, meetings, and grant administration maintain our Document Management System (DMS) to enable seamless collaboration across the Centre ensure our workplace meets health and safety standards, resolve building maintenance issues, and manage space allocation develop and implement seating plans, liaise with contractors, and oversee mail distribution coordinate emergency management and fire drills spend around two days per week updating and managing Salesforce data support strategic projects as required by the CEO or COO.
