This role supports a multi-year digital transformation program aimed at modernising business systems, enabling digital service delivery, and supporting a mobile workforce across the state. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a dynamic Agile program team. You’ll work closely with product managers, product owners, developers, and change analysts to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements for a new case management system. The role involves guiding development and testing teams, supporting stakeholder engagement, and contributing to business process innovation. Key Responsibilities: Lead Agile requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation. Develop Features, User Stories, and notations such as UML and BPMN. Maintain user stories in DevOps and support backlog refinement. Provide strategic advice on business requirements and process alignment. Mentor product owners and delivery teams in Agile practices. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and promote change adoption. Support business process testing and customer experience improvements. Required Experience: Proven experience in Agile environments managing business analysis activities. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Skilled in requirements modelling, traceability, and dependency mapping. Experience with CRM or case management systems. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Dynamics 365, JIRA, and DevOps. Background in digital transformation or process redesign projects. Experience in public sector or regulatory environments highly regarded. What’s on Offer?
