We believe in giving back to our teams and the people who give CLO so much of their time and energy, we provide many benefits to our teams including: About the Role: Under the general direction of the Finance Team Leader, the position of Finance Officer is responsible for the provision of the accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, account reconciliation and debtor management. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring all invoices and other financial transactions are undertaken in a timely manner and recorded accurately Reconciling general ledger accounts Internal auditing of participant, NDIA and plan manager accounts Monitors funding expenditure against budgets Maintains accurate documentation Debtor management and collection End of month and end of year entries as required Contributes to the effective and accurate preparation of the organisational budget and annual report, including external audit. Provide technical and professional advice to internal stakeholders and apply professional and technical knowledge to support stakeholder and customer queries effectively and appropriately. Liaise with funding bodies as required and support preparation of financial documents for funding bodies. Facilitates and/or contributes to quality financial reports Participates in the CLO risk management and continuous improvement processes. Supports the Finance Team Leader with other tasks as required. To be Successful: We are looking for someone who has exceptional customer service and previous experience in an Finance Officer. Ideally, we are seeking a candidate with experience in the disability sector, the successful candidate will be proficient with Microsoft packages. Essential Requirements: Tertiary qualifications (degree preferred) in the field of finance, business, management or similar.
