This is a hands-on role designed for someone with strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional support across the business. You’ll gain exposure to all facets of product management, with the opportunity to grow into a Product Manager. Key Responsibilities Pricing & ERP Management Maintain up-to-date vendor price lists and ensure accurate product entries in our ERP system. Adjust pricing for USD-based vendors in response to exchange rate fluctuations. Stock Management Monitor stock levels across all warehouses and place replenishment orders as needed. Manage aged inventory and coordinate RMAs for faulty, discontinued, or excess stock. Process customer returns and liaise with vendors for resolution. Sales Support Assist the national sales team with product enquiries and quoting. Provide timely and accurate sales tools and information. Contract & Vendor Managemenent Understand vendor contracts and ensure cross-departmental alignment. Maintain strong vendor relationships through regular meetings and issue resolution. Generate and share sales/stock reports with vendors and manage the claiming process. Customer Service & Communication Resolve customer order issues by collaborating with internal departments. Manage vendor communications and ensure timely updates across teams. Oversee COD order placement and vendor workbench operations. Skills And Experiences What You'll Need to Succeed in the Role Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Solid administrative and business writing capabilities. Sales experience and general industry knowledge. Effective negotiation and presentation skills. Relationship-building mindset. Team player as well as the ability to work autonomously. Growth mindset to support continuous improvement across product operations. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications. Product knowledge in IT hardware (preferred).
