Description We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to play a key role in capturing, designing, and documenting business requirements that drive successful software development, operational enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams, guiding projects from concept to completion using Agile methodologies, DevOps integration, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you’ll facilitate workshops, map processes, analyse data, and translate business needs into clear and actionable deliverables. You’ll also support Agile delivery, participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, collaborate with developers to ensure solutions meet expectations, and assist with testing, user training, and post-implementation support. Skills And Experiences You will have strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Your experience in Agile environments and understanding of the software development lifecycle will help you bridge the gap between business and technical teams. You’ll be highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and bring a high level of attention to detail to your work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Azure DevOps, and Confluence is essential, along with an analytical mindset and a focus on problem-solving.
