In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end program management of new initiatives across various operational verticals. With a focus on last mile, you will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders to implement initiatives impacting quality, cost, capacity, speed, and sustainability. You will also lead the development and execution of a parking strategy to support the expansion of a critical program. Success requires managing complex logistics, analyzing data, stakeholder management, process improvements, and creating scalable solutions. Key job responsibilities Manage new and existing programs, delivering complex projects across multiple organizations. Collaborate with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft scalable solutions. Influence the design and development of strategic processes. Engage with other Amazon business units globally to share best practices and improve outcomes for customers. Use hypothesis-driven problem solving to identify improvements, oversee analytics including data mining, modeling, insights, and recommendations. Lead diverse stakeholder groups to implement new initiatives. Qualifications 3 years of program or project management experience. Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL. Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field. Experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership. Stakeholder management experience at various organizational levels. 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or E-Commerce. Master's degree preferred.
