This role focuses on managing sales files, vendor campaigns, and compliance to maintain excellence across all stages of the sales process. Key Responsibilities: Manage sales files, ensuring compliance with guidelines and practices. Oversee vendor-paid advertising campaigns and update CRM systems (Box & Dice). Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale correspondence with vendors, solicitors, and tenants. Assist sales consultants with listing updates and quality control of documentation. Support onboarding of new team members and assist in day-to-day administrative tasks. Key Requirements: Proven experience in administrative support, ideally in a sales environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with compliance. Proficiency in CRM systems (Box & Dice preferred) and Microsoft Office suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage changing priorities and work efficiently under pressure.
