Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, being that trusted go-to expert that provides updates, insights and strategic advice Understand client needs to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that drive their business success. Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met Run toolbox talks and general safety checks at our client sites ensuring a safe experience for all our field team The Successful Applicant Has had previous experience and proven results increasing billing in the blue-collar labour hire industry in a similar role Has a full NSW Driver's License Thrives on building relationships Is driven and ambitious Is an exceptional communicator Is super organised with high level admin skills Is a values driven individual who is passionate about our industry What is on Offer An outstanding team supported by a strong Leadership Team.
