The Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Housing Services Manager to lead the operational delivery of our community housing services. This role is pivotal in driving growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with KCS values. Provide leadership and direction in line with business goals. Foster a culture of open communication, collaboration, and ethical decision-making. Support staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that promote customer independence and choice. Drive growth initiatives and support grant and tender writing projects. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. Support policy development and ensure alignment with sector best practices. Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance service delivery. Champion a workplace culture that reflects KCS values. Build staff capacity through supervision, support, and training. Promote Kirinari and the community housing sector within the broader community. Establish and nurture strategic and operational partnerships across sectors. About You You are a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with a passion for community development. You bring: Proven experience in community housing or related sectors. Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and risk management. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
