We are seeking a Rostering Coordinator to come on board and join our brand new team at South Grafton Aged Care, set to open early December 2025. With access to the latest technology, supportive managers and robust head office support, you will be well-equipped to ensure our new home is organised and running smoothly. We invite you to join us early to assist in organising the site before it's grand opening in December 2025. You will work closely with the commissioning team to ensure that all staff are brought on in a positive and organised manner. You will then continue to support the residential manager and team with ongoing administration and rostering of staff. About You: If you're a highly organised, proactive professional with a background in rostering (preferably in aged care), we want you on our team. Your experience will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our brand-new facility. Key Skills: Experienced in administration and rostering (aged care preferred), including validations for Payroll Excellent communication skills Experienced in providing support with recruitment and on-boarding of new employees Experienced in the scheduling, delivery and management of training Highly organised, with excellent time and expectation management skills Comfortable learning new technology, Discrete and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.
