Job Description The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Senior Customer Experience Officer to join our Customer Experience team. This is an excellent opportunity for a customer service professional to make a meaningful impact in local government, working directly with our community to deliver exceptional service experiences. About the Role As our Senior Customer Experience Officer, you will: Provide high-level customer service support and act as an escalation point for complex enquiries Deliver operational support and guidance to the Customer Experience Team Handle cashiering and financial transactions using internal systems Utilise various specialist programs including Customer Relationship Management, Geographic Information Systems, and Document Management systems Build positive relationships within the team and with community members, contractors, and government agencies Work collaboratively within our Customer Experience team while demonstrating initiative and sound judgement Reporting: This position reports to the Coordinator Customer Experience and Records.
