Responsibilities · Design and implement TDM strategies and processes. · Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test data requirements. · Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security in test environments. · Automate data provisioning and refresh processes. · Manage and maintain a centralized repository of test data. · Monitor and troubleshoot test data issues. · Document TDM processes, standards, and best practices. Experience : · 3-5 years of experience in test data management or a similar role. · Proficient in market TDM tools : Broadcom TDM, Informatica, Delphix etc. · Strong understanding of database systems and data provisioning methods. · Experience with test data automation tools and frameworks. · Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices. · Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
