Rentokil is looking for an organised Service Planner's with strong administrative and communication skills to join the team in Kewdale on a full-time basis. The core responsibilities in this role include: Organisation and scheduling of regular field service activities in Pest control Ensuring all Service Technician visits are loaded within set time frames and variances from divisional expectations are reported to your line Manager Organise installations and jobs for completion within divisional time frames and expectations Respond to customer enquiries/complaints on service and where required as well as arrange necessary non-routine service calls Deal with all paperwork and administration related to service activities and routing of documents for entry onto Branch Contracts Computer System Ensure all daily routines completed by technicians are recorded in accordance with divisional requirements Provide ongoing reports requested by management in relations to such items as state of service, jobs, customer service history, specific technician productivity and customer retention Maintain reporting spreadsheets within timeframes The ideal candidate will have: Excellent phone etiquette Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong computer skills Ability to give clear instructions Strong collaboration skills Strong time management skills Previous experience in a similar role, or fast-paced office environment Benefits of being part of the Rentokil Initial team: Working for the world’s largest pest control company Mobile phone Employee cash incentive programs & bonuses Comprehensive induction and training Access to employee assistance program, for you and your family Ongoing learning and development Career Progression, many of our employees have expanded into other roles across the company and more As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete the pre-employment medical and reference checks.
