What you'll do Lead Engagement, Qualification & Appointment Booking Execute timely first contact and follow‑up calls to warm leads (not cold calling) sourced from free Contour events, incoming enquiries, and other inbound channels . Maintain a structured call schedule aligned with peak response windows. Conduct quick needs assessments using targeted, open‑ended questions; address objections confidently and clearly. Book high‑quality 1‑to‑1 Welcome Consultations with the Program Consultant team, achieving weekly conversion targets. CRM Management & Pipeline Oversight Update Monday.com CRM in real time, logging call outcomes, notes, and next steps. Audit and prioritise your pipeline daily to focus on high‑potential prospects. KPI Achievement & Reporting Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, consultations booked, and conversion metrics. Provide concise performance summaries to the Sales Manager, highlighting wins and areas for improvement. Professional Development & Team Collaboration Participate in ongoing training sessions and seek feedback for continuous self-improvement. Actively share best practices and implement coaching feedback to continuously elevate performance. Demonstrate genuine commitment to your own professional and personal growth. Note: Evening and/or weekend availability is essential to maximise the pickup rates of outbound calls and follow-ups, as students are unavailable during school hours. Compensation: $60,000 super commissions (OTE $100k) Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Minimum 1 year outbound phone‑sales or appointment setting experience in a high‑performance B2C environment. Experience in education or high‑stakes exam‑preparation sales (preferred but not essential).
