Job Description We are seeking two enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team at Novotel Canberra. As key members of our hospitality team, the successful candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Our current vacancies are: 1 x Part-Time Food & Beverage Attendant (Breakfast Team) Must have Wednesday, Thursday and Friday availability, 5.30am-10.30am Approx. 25 hours per week, preferably across 5 shifts (Wednesday-Sunday preferred) 1 x Casual Food & Beverage Attendant (Conference & Events/All-Rounder) Flexible availability needed Conference and events experience highly regarded Responsibilities include: Provide a warm welcome and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner Support the daily operations of the hotel and assist the management team in running the restaurant efficiently Deliver efficient and customer focused service during conferences and other events held at the hotel Process financial transactions accurately and carry out end-of-day closing procedures in line with company policies Maintain a clean and organised dining area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery Stay informed about menu items, specials, and any changes to effectively communicate with guests
