Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, establish, and cultivate partnerships with local OEMs, distributors, resellers, and end users to expand clients’ market presence. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive year-over-year sales growth across all channels in the country. Training & Education: Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions to educate partners and clients on the unique value and applications of clients' products. Provide ongoing support through meetings, emails, phone calls, and webinars to enhance product understanding and drive adoption. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders across all partners channels. Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales opportunities, and progress using CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred). Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and address challenges. Collaborate with the clients' USA team to review progress and align on objectives. Meetings will occur regularly in the Pacific Time Zone. Administrative Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to prepare reports, presentations, and other documents to support business operations. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales, business development, or country management, ideally within the mounting solutions, technology, or hardware sectors. • Strong understanding of local market dynamics and the ability to navigate relationships with OEMs, distributors, and resellers. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for conducting engaging training sessions. • Ability to manage technical issues, escalating to clients when necessary. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. • Ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with the client objectives. • Flexibility to meet and collaborate during Pacific Time Zone business hours.
