ABOUT THE JOB Collaborate with D2C brand & media teams to create the eDM and SMS communications schedule to support key product launches and eCommerce promotional activity. Design and write copy for all D2C eDM and SMS campaigns and implement brand feedback on email design, user journeys and user experience. Collaborate with B2B brand teams on the eDM calendar and provide insights and optimisation suggestions for briefs. Liase with our agency partner to brief all eDM builds and provide feedback on their work Participate in key strategic projects that arise from new technology identified to help our CRM performance and personalisation perspective and as identified by the major program manager such as Everest, CDP, Kick Dynamic and Dynamic Yield Contribute to and drive key CRM KPIs and goals for campaigns and craft the CRM activity with them in mind. Assist CRM Manager with divisional CRM programs and populate the annual CRM roadmap, with assistance from Digital Brand Managers, CRM Operations Lead and CRM Analyst. Conduct monthly analysis of eDM and SMS performance, feeding back all insights to B2B and D2C teams in monthly meetings. Improve customer experience and relationships through the analysis and implementation of sophisticated segmentation for personalisation on all interactions between customers and brand. Identify opportunities to collect new data and utilise existing data to help enrich our customer profiles and build more personalised experiences. ABOUT YOU Proven experience in CRM and strategic consumer data analysis is expected. Ability to write exceptional marketing copy to influence consumer behaviour An eye for detail, and eDM design Understanding of brand marketing strategy, implementing your knowledge within CRM campaigns A natural collaborator with a strong analytical mind-set you will be able to influence those around you to drive the brand eCommerce growth. Strong communication skills you will be able to articulate a clear vision and be able to work alongside your stakeholders and agency partners to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
