About the Role An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced Building Supervisor to join a well-established residential builder with a strong reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Oak Flats, overseeing multiple residential construction sites across the Wollongong region. You'll be responsible for managing projects from site commencement through to handover, working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure each build is completed efficiently and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple construction sites, managing builds from start to finish Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Monitor and manage construction timelines using proprietary scheduling software Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety standards and internal quality assurance processes Conduct on-site inspections with clients at various build stages Work collaboratively with internal teams including sales, customer service, and management to ensure smooth project delivery Skills and Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in a residential construction supervisory role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Attention to detail and ability to handle administrative tasks effectively Existing network of subcontractors and trades (advantageous) Confident working autonomously, while also being a team player Comfortable using construction management software and general computer systems Current driver's licence and White Card Must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Wollongong/Illawarra region Benefits Work with a highly respected and supportive team Join a business with clear structure, strong systems, and long-standing trade relationships Be part of a positive and collaborative workplace culture Long-term stability with a consistent pipeline of projects Opportunity to work on award-winning builds About the Company Our client is a reputable and growing residential builder known for delivering high-quality homes and exceptional service.
