What You’ll Do Lead and mentor a small team while remaining hands-on. Supervise workflow, maintain maximum machine uptime, and reduce defects. Liaise with the Operations Manager on key projects. Drive positive team morale, provide training, and support retention. Implement process improvements and troubleshoot effectively. ✅ What We’re Looking For 3 years’ experience in a similar role ( polyurethane/processing machine knowledge idea l). Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving ability.
