Contribute to the delivery and development of a range of interventions and assessments to youth residing within the Alice Springs Paperbark Facility, with a view to reducing youth offending, supporting wellbeing and ensuring safe return to community. Provide case management/coordination, contribute to throughcare planning with young person and family, and facilitate psycho-educational individual and group programs to enhance opportunities and rehabilitation of youth offenders. Work in conjunction with the Community Youth Justice team to enhance culturally appropriate service delivery in the youth detention centre.
