Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer or Associate to join our Litigation/ Administrative Law Practice in Sydney working with Partners , Kristina Miller and Anella Bortone . About the team and the work Join this team working with high-profile Commonwealth clients, including self-insurers and government agencies, advising on complex statutory frameworks, managing claims, and supporting litigated proceedings. You will be trained and developed to take the lead in advocacy work through regular appearances in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, acting for the Commonwealth in merits review matters. Be exposed to a diverse range of administrative law challenges in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment, providing strategic advice to both government and self-insured entities. You will grow with confidence through hands-on mentoring and skill-building opportunities, while contributing meaningfully alongside senior team members.
