We’re working with a highly regarded business in the Melbourne CBD that’s looking for a friendly, capable, and solutions-focused Customer Service Officer to join their small and supportive team. This is a full-time, office-based role (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm) in a modern and spacious office, just a short walk from public transport – no long commute or tricky connections needed! About the Role: You'll be joining a tight-knit team of three in customer service, where collaboration and teamwork are key.
