We are seeking an excellent ICT all-rounder to assist the Systems Manager in managing the office business systems used to administer the CATSI Act. The key responsibilities involve supporting the System Manager in managing a number of key business systems as well as the data and reporting function of the office. You will be involved in the following kinds of work: helpdesk support for internal and external systems users contributing to the continuous improvement of the systems assist in managing corporate data and analytics planning the scope of projects and implementation of projects performing user acceptance testing and delivering system training template management, writing projects and technical documentation. The key duties of the position include Our ideal candidate will display the following skills and attributes: sound knowledge across a broad range of ICT and project management matters with demonstrated experience working in and supporting a helpdesk environment sound knowledge in data analytics and reporting particularly in the use of Power BI experience in templates management with experience using D365 Document Core Pack highly regarded experience in delivering system training both in person and virtually excellent organisational and time management skills collaboration with varying internal and external stakeholders ability to work independently as well as being part of multiple work teams commitment to developing a positive team culture and ability to uphold the agency's Values and Behaviours at all times.
