You’ll oversee sales, budgets, stock control, staff performance, and ensure a high level of customer service is always delivered. Working closely with Directors, Business Managers, and the Area Manager, you will play a key role in achieving business growth and maintaining compliance with QCPP standards. 1. Responsibilities Drive sales growth and achieve financial targets. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns. Manage staff recruitment, training, rosters, and performance. Oversee stock control, purchasing, and merchandising. Ensure compliance with QCPP standards and company policies. Maintain accurate financial, POS, and reporting systems. Lead and motivate the team to deliver results. 2. Relevant qualifications Certificate IV in Retail Management desirable 3. Relevant Skills required Strong financial management and business acumen. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage staff performance and foster a positive team culture. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of pharmacy operations and QCPP compliance (advantageous). 4. Relevant Experience Required At Least 1 year of relevant experience
