THE ROLE The Director of Advancement (DoA) is a member of the School’s Executive team, responsible for the strategic leadership and operational management of the Advancement Department. This role works closely with the Principal and is responsible for overseeing and integrating the enrolments, philanthropy, fundraising, alumni, marketing, community engagement and communications functions. The Director of Advancement will develop and executive strategies that align with the Schools Vision, Purpose and Goals, ensuring the long-term sustainability and success of the School. Experienced in fundraising, donor stewardship and alumni engagement. Proficient in marketing, communications, and brand management. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and influencing diverse stakeholders. A highly organised, influential and relational leader who is considered when making decisions.
