The Role We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in driving operational excellence across our retail, e-commerce, and distribution functions. The successful candidate will work closely with management and cross-functional teams to analyse business processes, evaluate data, and provide actionable insights that support strategic growth and efficiency. Prepares functional specifications and ensures developers have accurate documentation to build effective system solutions. Applies project management principles and methodologies to plan, resource, and manage projects within defined scope, cost, and timelines. Oversees the deployment of functional solutions, including creating, executing, and monitoring system test plans to maintain system quality and integrity. Develops user manuals, training materials, and delivers structured training sessions to support system adoption and effective use. Acts as a key reference point and provides guidance throughout the project lifecycle, supporting decision-making and ensuring stakeholder confidence.
