Requirements: 12 months reception/concierge experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Entertainment is preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and presentation Excellent skills in customer service, attention to detail, communication, time management, dealing with difficult conversations and customer complaints Basic knowledge and skills in computer systems / programs including Outlook Current NSW RSA / RCG competency card Polite phone etiquette; and Willing to work a mixture of day, evening and weekend shifts.
