Tender Writer A busy mid-sized multinational Australian owned manufacturing and technology company is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Tender Writer to join our Team at our South Granville head office. You must have the ability to multi-task while keeping priorities clearly in mind. You must be able to problem-solve and use initiative. Working with and supporting the Tender and Marketing Manager and the Sales Teams, the purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth running of the Tender department including general administration in addition to sales and marketing support. Your duties will be broad and varied and will include: Tasks and activities include: Representing TMA in our tender engagements Implementing TMA bid-winning methodology, systems and processes Working collaboratively with subject matter experts to prepare and submit bid-winning deliverables to ensure deadlines are achieved Preparing and updating presentations and documentation Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering expert bid writing services Supporting other TMA activities when not engaged in an active project Co-ordination of TMA presence and branding at conventions, expos, trade shows Updating and maintaining the Quality Management System. To be considered, you must meet the following criteria: Excellent writing skills and the ability to blend technical, persuasive and creative writing techniques as needed Ability to coordinate a project to ensure milestones are met and team members understand their responsibilities Capability to think strategically and analytically to develop a tender proposal that has the competitive edge Ability to engage with technical and professional team members to assist them to develop their responses and challenge them to go beyond ‘business as usual Passion for your work and the ability to thrive under pressure, performing at your best when working extended hours. Essential Requirements Written communications skills must be impeccable, faultless and grammatically 100% accurate in all work submitted.
