We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Campaign Delivery Specialist . This role will report to the Executive Manager, Marketing Delivery. A bit about your role As the Campaign Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering impactful customer marketing campaigns that support marketing plans and drive customer acquisition, growth and retention. You will bring structure and creativity to campaign execution, ensuring every touchpoint reflects nbn’s brand promise and contributes to measurable business outcomes. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing high-impact operational marketing campaigns and content that directly supports our strategic ambitions, whilst strengthening the nbn brand. You’ll lead the creation and tactical delivery across agreed programs of work, including: Leading the tactical planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, including content production, scheduling, creative execution and coordination with external agencies. End-to-end project management of campaign execution, across all available mediums & channels including stakeholder engagement. You will ensure all campaign activity is aligned with broader program plans, content strategy and brand guidelines, delivering cohesive and engaging experiences across channels. Agency management across media buying and creative strategy and production. Campaign budget management and tracking including optimisation for efficiencies. A bit about you The successful candidate will bring experience in creative production, communications, marketing or brand, with a strong understanding of how to use campaigns or content to drive commercial outcomes. You are confident, having worked in agency, consumer or B2B environments, particularly within creative or account management teams. You are organised and collaborative, with strong project management skills and a process-oriented mindset. Your experience with marketing cloud tools, creative platforms or workflow systems will support efficient delivery, while your strategic thinking and commercial acumen will help ensure campaigns are both effective and aligned with business priorities.
