What you'll do Weekly Practical Lessons: Conduct 6 weekly 1-hour lessons via Zoom for approximately 70-80 students total, fostering engagement and participation across all lessons. In these sessions, you will use high-quality Contour UCAT workbooks to revise and apply UCAT strategies with interactive activities and practice questions. 1-on-1 Consultations: Conduct 5-15 weekly 30-minute personalised 1-on-1 Zoom consultations to evaluate student progress and provide personalised feedback to accelerate their improvement. Text-Based Support: Respond to student queries within 48 hours via our text-messaging platform, including any questions about UCAT preparation, study strategies, or medical entry, forming a strong relationship as their mentor and tutor. Attending Weekly Content Lessons: Attend 2-hour content lessons led by the Head UCAT Tutor or Senior UCAT Tutors, answering student questions via chat and staying up-to-date on all strategies taught in the program. Training & Development: Complete comprehensive initial training and participate in ongoing training sessions and performance improvement activities to maintain tutoring quality and consistency. Team Meetings and Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings to collaborate with other tutors and maintain consistency across the team.
