We’re looking for a strategic and commercially savvy Brand Manager, eCommerce to drive growth across our retail portfolio. In this pivotal role, you’ll translate brand strategies into powerful eCommerce initiatives across platforms like Coles, Woolworths, Uber Eats with the focus on driving profitability and growth. We are looking for an autonomous self-starter that has a passion for eCommerce that wants to make a real impact in our business as we continue to grow. You will be the central point of contact for all eCommerce-related activities both internally or externally and work in collaboration with brand team to ensure seamless in-market execution, whilst measuring performance, tracking results and driving continuous improvement and efficiency in eCommerce investments. Key Responsibilities Lead strategic planning and execution across all categories and brands Collaborate with brand, sales, and category teams to deliver best-in-class online experiences Analyse performance, optimise campaigns, and drive ROI Stay ahead of digital trends and platform innovations Build strong internal and external partnerships to elevate our eCommerce presence What you’ll bring: Tertiary and or Postgraduate qualifications in eCommerce/Digital Marketing, Commerce, Marketing, Trade or Channel Marketing. 3–5 years in marketing, eCommerce, sales, trade or channel marketing (FMCG preferred) Strong commercial acumen experience managing P&Ls and budgets and data-driven mindset with a passion for digital innovation and brand building Hands on experience in diagnosing business challenges & opportunities to develop into data driven strategies to optimize performance & growth Experience with platforms like Quantium, IRI Unify, Citrus, or Criteo Demonstrated experience with the development and execution of eCommerce growth plans Why Join Saputo?
