About NAPCo The North Australian Pastoral Company (NAPCo) was founded in 1877 and is one of Australia's leading beef cattle companies, managing over 6.1 million hectares, largest single herd in the world and home to Five Founders Beef. NAPCo employs approximately 220 staff operating across Queensland and the Northern Territory, with 15 cattle stations, a Depot in Mount Isa, a Feedlot and Farm in the Darling Downs and an office in Brisbane's CBD. Soudan Station, NT Soudan Station runs approx. 22,000 head of cattle and is home to NAPCo’s heifer hub. Located on the Barkly Highway, 1 hour west of Camooweal neighbouring NAPCo’s Alexandria and Gallipoli stations. These positions would also suit a working couple or grey nomads as a permanent position or till the end of the season. The Role: Handyman / General hand We are looking for a station all-rounder! This is a varied role with duties spanning, handyman, general station maintenance, maintaining waters, machinery operations etc. scope of the role will depend on the applicants’ skills.
