We’re on the lookout for a experienced Barista to sprinkle some magic within our Play Centre. As a crucial member of our team, you'll not only serve up exceptional coffee but also foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for parents and caregivers while they watch over their little ones at the play centre. While this is a Barista role there will be elements of the role where you will assist our friendly team within the Play Centre with other tasks, to ensure our little learners explore and have fun while building memorable moments. What You'll Be Up To: Show off your skills by expertly crafting a variety of beverages Welcome guests with a smile and engage with parents and caregivers to cater to their needs and preferences Become a menu expert by offering recommendations and suggestions to enhance the customer experience Welcoming each customer and taking their orders with warmth and care Keep our workspace sparkling clean and organized whilst following strict food safety and hygiene standards Work seamlessly with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction Assisting to organize fun-filled birthday parties & special events Teaming up with awesome colleagues to keep things running smoothly What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a barista role essential Strong skills and knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A friendly face with great personal presentation Passion for creating memorable experiences for families Clean and tidy personal presentation A team player who’s ready to jump in and make a difference Full availability to work across various shifts during operational hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Saturday Full Australian working rights Perks of the Job: Work in a fun, dynamic environment Be part of a team that loves what they do Coffee breaks surrounded by smiles, not spreadsheets What’s next?
