ABOUT THE ROLE: Manage a portfolio of around 800 lots over 70-80 properties Establish and maintain effective reporting relationships with relevant Owners Corporations, committees, lot owners, and other key stakeholders where appropriate Develop, prepare and maintain budgets for individual Owners Corporations and provide reports, including annual reports if required Prepare written agendas, reports, minutes, special notices, postal ballots etc across the portfolio Convene, support and chair Annual General Meetings, Inaugural General Meetings and special meetings as required Looking after insurance matters Corresponding with key stakeholders such as owners, contractors, and other 3rd parties ABOUT YOU: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Owners Corporation management Have a strong eye for detail Strong typing skills and verbal communication Highly organised & a strong ability to multitask If you like what you’ve read, and are ticking most of the boxes above, we would love to talk with you!
