In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for: Delivering high-quality customer service through clear, confident verbal and written communication Managing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Including data entry, record keeping and coordinating service requests Using your strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Working independently with minimal supervision , while contributing to a supportive and collaborative team environment A Certificate III Business Administration and/or 12 months experience in a similar role plus previous experience in the operation of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system would be highly regarded. Responsibilities of the role: Providing frontline customer service to internal and external customers Handling telephone and email correspondence professionally and efficiently Providing administrative assistance (including calendar management) to Manager Projects and Asset Management Supporting Executive Assistant to the Director Infrastructure with duties within capability Assisting with directorate events, meetings and staff engagement activities What we offer you In exchange for your hard work, you'll be well rewarded with a competitive salary of $78,249 or $85,560 plus superannuation, dependent on qualifications and experience.
