Max Term Part time position (5 months from commencement date) Based at Dandenong Salary (SCHADS Level 6) super Your new role As a Community Program Evaluation Project Officer, you will lead the development and implementation of robust evaluation frameworks for the Komak and Keeping Afghan Girls Active (KAGA) programs. You will ensure that both quantitative and qualitative data is systematically collected, analysed, and translated into actionable insights to inform program design, delivery, and reporting. You will collaborate with project teams, youth participants, and external stakeholders to ensure culturally appropriate and inclusive data practices. The role plays a critical part in improving program quality, tracking outcomes, supporting funding compliance, and demonstrating impact to the community and funding bodies including the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) and the Department of Social Services. Your skills and experience You will have: Tertiary Qualifications within a recognised human services or health discipline Research or evaluation qualification highly valued Experience in service delivery/working with vulnerable children and families – minimum 4 years.
