We’re seeking a forward-thinking Asset Intelligence Manager to lead the transformation of asset performance through advanced analytics, digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration. Join us in our Power & Electricity Transmission team Brisbane, QLD on a Permanent Full Time Contract. Reporting to the Head of Power Strategy, Growth & Optimisation, you will be responsible for leading the development and application of data-driven insights to improve asset performance, reliability and lifecycle value across the power generation portfolio. You will support strategic decision-making through the use of advanced analytics, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance, driving smarter asset management and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead the implementation of predictive analytics, machine learning and digital twin technologies to reduce unplanned outages and extend asset life of power generating units and HVDC interconnectors. Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports and models to monitor asset performance, reliability and risk indicators across the power portfolio. Identify performance losses and commercial and reliability issues and deliver data-driven solutions to optimise operational performance. Champion the adoption of digital tools and analytics to enhance asset visibility and support informed, real-time decision-making. Lead a team of technical specialists and provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders, building capability in asset intelligence tools and practices. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices in asset analytics and digital transformation to ensure ongoing innovation. Your Background Extensive experience in thermal power generation Extensive experience in asset analytics, performance monitoring and reliability engineering Strong capability in applying predictive analytics, machine learning and data modelling to improve asset performance and longevity. Skilled in developing and managing dashboards, condition-based monitoring systems and performance reporting tools. Proven ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and advocate for data-driven decision-making.
