This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Theatre Manager or Nurse Leader ready to take the next step into a Director of Nursing position. Overseeing a modern, premium day surgery facility and 2 high performing specialist clinics, you'll be supported by an experienced executive team and empowered to lead a highly skilled clinical workforce. This is a long-term leadership opportunity where you'll play a key role in shaping the growth strategy and continuing to raise the bar in surgical excellence. The Role As the Director of Nursing, you will provide hands-on clinical leadership, strategic oversight, and operational management of the surgical unit and clinics on site. Your expertise in perioperative care, along with a proactive approach to clinical governance, quality improvement, and staff mentoring, will ensure best practice standards are maintained across every aspect of the patient journey.
