TEAM LEADER WASTE COLLECTION (KINGAROY) Position Description 2269-Team-Leader-Waste-Collection_1.pdf(PDF, 282KB) Permanent Full Time $68K - $71K per annum Allowances Super Council is seeking a proactive and experienced Team Leader to oversee and actively participate in the delivery of waste collection and disposal services across the region. This hands-on role is responsible for ensuring operations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with relevant industry standards, legislation, and Council policies and procedures. The position will also manage and respond to customer requests and enquiries relating to waste services, ensuring a timely and effective resolution. The successful applicant will have proven experience in coordinating waste collection and disposal operations, with a strong focus on service delivery, safety, and operational excellence. Participation in after hours and weekend work is a requirement of this position. Level of fitness required to undertake a broad range of physical tasks.
