Description An exciting new role has become available for a Process Improvement Coordinator to join the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) team. Reporting to the Regional ACES Manager, you will drive process excellence within our Amazon Last Mile Delivery business. You will contribute to coordinate the changes across all Delivery Station operations, providing teams with alignment and knowledge before change is approved. This role will also be monitoring the adoption of changes after implementation. This is a highly collaborative role where you will work to solve complex problems with simple and practical solutions by developing a deep knowledge of the operation processes. You will creating effective communication plans to provide visibility to all impacted teams to enable overall process alignment. Please note this role will be based in a delivery station (Sydney, NSW) and will own transport to the delivery station and it will require travel within NSW. You will need to be comfortable working across non-traditional shift patterns which include nights and weekends. Key job responsibilities The Change Management Coordinator will be responsible for: Processing Change Request Intake and planning requests in Sprint Cycles Communicating with project owners and engaging with various stakeholder teams, ensuring positive and effective collaboration between teams End-to-end coordination of change development and implementation by aligning content and deployment readiness Implementation of small changes in training content Supporting Operations/customers with up-to-date information on the change pipeline Basic Qualifications - Experience in logistics - Experience with data analysis Preferred Qualifications - Relevant understanding of operational processes and experience with standard work - Relevant experience using data analysis to generate and explain metrics Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
