About the Role This is a hands-on Property Manager role, managing a boutique rent roll in a supportive environment. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of properties while also contributing to the growth of the business through your business development skills. Rather than high-pressure cold calling, the focus is on quality property management, nurturing client relationships, and using your BDM capability to identify and convert opportunities as they arise.
