We are seeking a passionate and strategic Research & Development Manager to join our team in Strathpine. This role is key to driving growth, building partnerships, and ensuring our initiatives deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Lead the research and development of innovative fundraising initiatives, programs, and strategic partnerships aligned with the organisation's mission. Analyse donor behaviour, market trends, and campaign data to design evidence-based fundraising strategies that expand reach and impact. Collaborate with internal teams, grant bodies, and external stakeholders to secure funding and strengthen organisational capacity. Oversee program development, compliance, and reporting to ensure transparency, sustainability, and measurable outcomes. Drive the design, pilot testing, and evaluation of new initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and long-term impact. About You Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Fundraising, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in research, program development, or fundraising within the not-for-profit sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Passion for animal welfare and alignment with the mission of Dog Rescue Inc. What We Offer Full-time role.
