About the company A well-established building services company, based out of Melbourne, who currently have a team of 30 focusing on commercial projects are looking to open up an Audio Visual arm of the company. About the role They are looking for a Business Unit Manager to join the team and grow out a new business venture alongside the main hub. This individual will be responsible for developing a client base within the Audio Visual industry relying heavily on existing relationships and new business development. You will work closely with the directors in building out the new function, as they have a number of clients to lean on from the electrical side of the business. Requirements Build relationships with AV integrators & Suppliers to deliver end to end AV projects. Be involved in the full sales cycle of high end AV solutions. Identify and close incoming leads Consistently meet sales targets Confident in building existing and new business.
