We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our close-knit team in Brisbane. This is a brand-new role created through business growth — not a backfill. It’s a genuine opportunity to step into a stable, expanding company and take ownership of fitout projects within the defence sector , typically valued between $1M–$5M . What’s on offer: Salary package $120,000 – $160,000 inclusive (based on experience) 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday with flexibility Based out of our Spring Hill office Work as part of a collaborative, close-knit team About you: Proven experience delivering fitout projects in the $1M–$5M range Exposure to defence projects highly regarded Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance Strong leadership skills with the ability to run sites safely, on time, and to a high standard Team-oriented, with a hands-on approach and strong communication skills Why join?
